OSS Engineers

    
My customer is urgently seeking a number of OSS Engineers that have recent experience with Ericsson equipment. You will have experience with O&M activities and in troubleshooting Ericsson OSS platforms with either UMTS or GSM Systems. The tasks involve expertise in CSR handling, Primus, TR tools, etc. Main activities will include: Working with CSR's, providing professional answers and tracking. If the CSR cannot be answered/solved within the time limit/or due to complexity, escalated to 2nd line support, emergency duty (24-hour support), if assigned (on call roster). Preparation for and implementation of proactive maintenance procedures and general software modification (upgrade/update, correction mapping, market corrections, emergency solutions) whenever is required.
